Studio Yoga Surya Marga
Studio Yoga Surya Marga was born in Cisternino in 2017, from the initiative of the meeting of two practitioners of hatha yoga with different experiences but a common idea of the goal of yoga: from experiences, paths and different practices is possible to create a synthesis and complementarity.
Its purpose is to promote the dissemination, study, and application of Hatha Yoga and related activities.
It also aims to develop education for the practice of the overall well-being of the body of mind and spirit;
create pathways to study and study yoga and related disciplines aimed at children, adults, the elderly, and all those interested in a path of knowledge.
